Returns Policy: 

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334

Non faulty goods are returned by agreement with Special Airsoft Supplies only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Postage costs are paid by the customer and do not form any part of the refund.

Goods returned must be as new in the original packaging and with all of the manuals, materials and accompanying literature unopened.

No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged from carelessness or misuse.

Any goods returned that have no fault as confirmed by our engineers will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge or will be return to the customer at their cost.

Guarantee Policy: 

Any items returned under our 30-day money back guarantee must be as new, in the original undamaged packaging and be missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary packet of BB’s

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE ANY PRODUCTS YOURSELF, AS DOING SO WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.

We will not cover any guarantee if we find the product to have been misused, ill maintained, upgraded ( unless carried out by S.A.S ), modified ( from manufacturers original specification unless carried out by S.A.S ) or dismantled in anyway.

The following schedule applies to the 1Yr Guarantee from date of purchase of product:

1 - 3 months:  We cover all costs including return postage

3- 12 months:  We cover repair costs you ( The Customer ) pays for return postage.

1 year onwards for original owner:  We will repair with no labour charge but as that you ( The Customer ) pay for the parts and postage at cost price.

We will not cover any guarantee if a battery larger than 8.4v 2400mah or 9.6v 1700mah is used on any AEG. 

Please note the China AEG's and the M134  are not covered by the Life Time Warranty. For the China AEG's & M134 parts will be supplied at cost price and labour FOC. This is due to some fragile parts and operating restrictions on certain items.  We will certainly help with any problems to our fullest capabilities.
